Makes Three 23 cm Round Cake Layers
INGREDIENTS
250 grams cake flour
150 grams caster sugar
10 grams baking powder
5 grams fine sea salt
100 grams egg yolks
100 grams vegetable oil
150 grams liquid whole milk
10 grams pure vanilla extract
300 grams egg whites
3 grams cream of tartar
150 grams caster sugar

Pan Preparation: Three 23 cm diameter x 5 cm deep round cake pans; bare, clean, and dry. No greasing or lining with parchment paper
Oven Temperature: 165 degrees Celsius
