CHICKEN TENDERS INGREDIENTS (X4 SERVINGS)
▪ 2 Chicken breasts
▪ 75ml Milk + 2 Eggs (size M)
▪ 1 Tablespoon ketchup
▪ 1 tablespoon oregano
▪ 1 tablespoon of granulated garlic
▪ 75g Flour (wheat) + 75g Cornstarch
▪ 1/2 Tablespoon of Salt
▪ 2 Tablespoons sweet paprika (paprika)
▪ Pepper (to taste)
