The dough:
2 cups of cake flour; save 24 tbsp extra flour for dusting

1 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup warm whole milk
2 tsp of cooking oil

The Chicken Filling:
2 chicken thighs with skin
2 tsp of dry chili flaks or powder
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of hosin sauce
1 tbsp of seasoning sauce
1 tbsp of palm sugar
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of vegetable seasoning
1 pinch of salt

Carrots and Dikon Pickle:
1 cup of carrots, julienne
1 cup of Dikon, julienne
1 spring onion, julienne
12 thin slice of cucumbers
Celintro for garnish
2 cups of warm water
1.5 tbsp of sugar
1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar
1 tbsp of salt
