Quick and Easy Chicken and Stuffing Crockpot Recipe

2 lbs chicken or turkey
1 1/2 t season salt
1 t garlic powder
1 t Italian seasoning
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
I box (6 oz) Stuffing Mix (chicken or turkey)
1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup chicken stock
3 medium red potatoes (cubed)
1/2 medium onion (diced)

Place chicken or turkey in bottom of lined crockpot. Season chicken with seasonings. In a separate bowl combine stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup and chicken stock and mix thoroughly. Add potatoes and onions on top of chicken, then pour the stuffing mixture on top. Cook on High for 5 hours or low for 78 hours. Serve with your favorite vegetable sides such as green beans, corn, etc. Serves 34 people easily.
