Hi Guys :) My 1st time moving out! :O I toured a couple of Chicago downtown studio apartments in past few weeks. Sharing with you some of the units in the Gold Coast, River North, and South Loop neighborhood. For your reference, my budget was $1,400 $1,700 range (not including parking). My must haves were in unit washer/dryer, no carpet, big windows, parking, fitness center, outdoor pool, and modern interior. If you're interested in moving into Chicago.
