Cheese pizza/ Pizza recipe/ Cheese pizza with quick Pizza sauce

Sharing you a simple cheese pizza recipe with quick pizza sauce and homemade pizza crust. Do try.

Pizza Dough:
All Purpose flour/ Plain flour 2 cups ( 260 g)
Instant Yeast1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 2 teaspoon
Olive oil1&1/2 tablespoon
Luke warm water3/4 cup (180 ml)

Pizza Sauce:
Tomato Ketchup1/2 Cup
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Sugar2 teaspoon
Oregano1/2 teaspoon
Paprika/ Chilli powder1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder1/4 teaspoon ( optional) ( I didn't add)

Mozzarella cheese1 cup
