In this HVAC Training Video, I Show How to use the Charging Jacket to Measure the Refrigerant Charge on a Heat Pump or AC when the Outdoor Ambient Temperature is Low Outside. The Charging Jacket or another Method can be used to Restrict Outdoor Airflow on a System with a TXV Metering Device. Supervision is needed by a licensed HVACR Tech while doing this as Experience and Apprenticeship garners Wisdom and Safety.
