In this video I share with you the newest product from siuri. Their 50mm f/1.8 anamorphic lens for apsc crop sensor camera bodies. After a quick recap about the origins of the use of anamorphic lenses I jump into a comparison pitting this new lens head to head against Sony's "nifty fifty" lens, their 50mm 1.8 give a good comparison and lets you see how the anamorphic lens changes what we can see with a given focal length.
