HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHORTY!!!! 11 years ago today, my precious Shosho was born. That's the date they put on her adoption sheet at the shelter anyway. The Toronto Humane Society estimated she was nearly 2 months old when they received her, close to the date I adopted her. Can you believe she's 11!?!?!?

I wanted to make a bigger birthday video, but as the Patreon and YouTube members know, we've been in the middle of packing and cleaning and organizing because we're moving. Shorty's been having a ball with the empty bins (and if you want to see, please join the ShoKo Showcase    / @shortyandkodi   or Patreon   / shortyandkodi  , while Kodi's wandering around watching her every move.

But in lieu of a birthday video I'll be doing a few of these Then/Now videos over the next week. I wish I had more videos of her as a kitten, but I'm glad I at least have these. And the footage of her at "11," was filmed just a couple days ago, so I figured that was close enough to 11 to make this video. Anyway, please join me in wishing my beautiful Queen Shorty Shoshobeans a very happy birthday. And wish us luck with the move! Always a challenge with kitties. Any specific advice for moving with cats?
