After spending nearly 3 years living on his own with a broken back leg, Charlie was finally rescued on June 12th, 2020. He was immediately taken to the vet and was released on June 24th. Since that time he's been living with our Senior Rescue Partner Sheila! He'll be staying with Sheila until his forever home is found! Charlie absolutely loves anyone who gives him scratches behind his ears! He's dog friendly but does best with dogs that are smaller than him. He's not a fan of cats though. He has arthritis in his back and dysplasia in his hip, which requires daily medication. His eyesight remains questionable but he is definitely NOT blind! We are in the process of scheduling a full evaluation of his vision. We are also running a DNA test on him to determine his breed or mix.
