Jesus said in Matthew Chapter20 verses27 "Whoever desires to be the first among you , let him be your slave."
You must serve not just serving but serve as a slave. This is the secret to greatness. This is how God will recognize you as His faithful servant

1. Love of God
2. action, not words
3. Humility
4. Responsible and reliable.
