My name is Chara Panagiotou, I am from Cyprus born in 1981, I have my own Pilates and Pole Fitness & Dance studio.

My background is classical ballet (RAD). I am a Pilates Teacher trained in PATS Pilates school in Milton Keynes, holding CPD diplomas; a poler since May 2018, and an advanced Pole Fitness & Dance Instructor trained with Pole Passion Fitness Ltd. I am proud to have achieved upto level 5 online grading certificates with Pole Passion
