Cedar Planked Salmon is easy and makes for a delicious dinner. You can go from raw to awesome in about an hour. Give it a try, you will not regret it.

Directions:
Soak cedar plank in saltwater, Beer, Wine or a combination for about 1 hour before starting.
Trim Salmon to fit Cedar plank.
You can either leave skin on or cut the filet from the skin.
Put the Salmon on the wet cedar plank.
Add Pepper, Salt and Granulated Garlic
Drizzle honey on top of salmon.
Use a silicon brush to paint on the honey.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the honey and salmon
Again use brush to work brown sugar into honey.
Put salmon and plank into smoker at 275F
It should take about an hour depending on size. Cook to 142 internal temp for a finishing temp of 145.

Let rest a few minutes and then chow down!
