When a kitten is first separated from its mother, it can become very distressed when sleeping alone for the first time. Playing a cat heartbeat sound effect near the kitten's bed, will soon settle the kitten down and get it off to sleep for the night. The heartbeat of a normal cat is between 140 to 220 beats per minute. Playing the heartbeat of a cat for a kitten, will be much more successful at calming your new pet, than using human heartbeat sounds.
