In 1982 Casio placed its first ad for the AX series of watches in Popular Science magazine. This trio of Casio watches the AX1, AX210, and AX510, ushered in a new era of digitalanalog goodness with it's duallayered LCD, acoustically transparent speaker, and melody alarm chimes.

The AX210 featured in this video is the chromeplated version packing in the melodies Dixie, Greensleeves, and Clementine, and also a Big Ben melody that sounds every day at noon. Classic.
