Heartstopping video shows a Pennsylvania thief stealing a vehicle with a baby still inside. The drama started as Regina Padilla was dropping her four children at their greatgrandmother’s house in Philadelphia. For a few moments left her 14monthold daughter in the vehicle, in a car seat. That's when the carjacker jumped into the car and took off. Padilla tells Inside Edition's Steven Fabian the carjacker pulled over at the end of the street and fled on foot. Thankfully, her baby was unhurt.
