Our cardiac rehabilitation service works to improve the success of making beneficial lifestyle changes, such as increased appropriate exercise, healthy eating and stopping smoking and we provide specialist emotional and psychological support, if needed, to develop coping strategies or to come to terms with what has happened. They aim to help the transition back to as full and normal life as possible.
