Roads in the Telok Ayer conservation area, civic district and central business district will be partially or fully closed for the activities. The Local People will be presenting Local Heroes at Telok Ayer – Food and Art Market. This threeday event will highlight local culture through an art market, installations and activities around the Telok Ayer district including free tours, really really free market.
