In efforts to know exactly what is in as much of our food as possible, and reduce plastic use, I'm canning yellow mustard, which we LOVE in our house! I looked around at a few different recipes and tried one done two different ways and the result is AMAZING! Here's the recipe:

3/4 C yellow dry mustard
3/4 t salt
1/2 t ground turmeric
1/8 t garlic powder
1/8 t paprika
1 C hot water
1/2 C white vinegar (5% acidity)

1/4" headspace
15 minutes waterbath
