As a Canadian living in the UK, I HAD to try Tim Hortons in the UK! So does British Tim Hortons compare to the Canadian version??

For many Canadians, Tim Hortons is a nostalgic cafe I know it was a big part of my childhood and it was such a treat to get some Tim Bits or an IceCapp! I miss it a lot while living abroad.. so how does the UK Tim Hortons compare..?
