yes it does look like sherlock killed Magnussen cuz he was just flicking John's cheek and he was anger but that's not the full case as much as i wish it was fdskjnjdfn

script (technically 3rd ep of season 3): john is being mocked by Magnussen, Magnussen turns to sherlock and says that he's above the law and practically says that he'll make john's and his lives a living hell for as long as he lives. sherlock reacts quickly and kills him, john is like "christ" and sherlock's like "damn it" as he like looks down at magnussen's body
