Breastfeeding is actually not affected by breast augmentation. This is because the breast implant is placed behind the breast tissue. However, a breast reduction can affect the volume of milk produced after giving birth because the gland has been reduced in size. The good news is though, even after breast reduction, you will be able to produce enough milk for your child.
