The most important thing was to make it taste amazing! I also took the chance and made a keto chicken wellington as I know we are in the diet season.

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar or Other Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 cup Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Rosemary
2 tbsp Dijon or Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Garlic Powder

Thigh Bones
1 Cup Carrots
1 Cup Celery
1 Cup Onions
3 Cups Chicken Juices
6 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Flour
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
Salt, white pepper to taste
