I camped solo in the jungle in Vietnam. Today I prepared braised fish dish "Vu Dai village" style.This is a quite famous dish in the countryside of Vietnam. Vietnamese dishes are all very delicious. In the deserted forest, only the sound of birds could be heard. Cooking in the forest is difficult but also brings its own excitement.
