Granola is one of our favourite breakfasts and since being on lockdown, we are making fewer trips to the supermarket, so I thought I'd have a go at making my own! This recipe is super simple and can be adapted by swapping the ingredients in or out … except for the oats!
Let us know in the comments how you get on with this recipe and I'd love to hear about any adaptations you have made!

Simple granola
250g Original Oats
1 tbsp Olive Oil (any oil is fine)
6 tbsp Honey (or maple syrup)
I used 50g Raisins &
100g Mixed Nuts but you can swap those out for anything of your choice!
Layer into a lined baking tray & bake for 25 mins at 160 degrees Celsius, mix halfway through to prevent burning.
You can add chocolate but wait until the granola has completely cooled down before adding it :)
