Today we take a mental escape to one of the best beaches in California. This particular stretch of coast from Monterey to Carmel by the Sea is one of the best California beaches to visit. The shoreline here is dotted with beaches of all kinds.

From pictureperfect coves, to little strips of sand, to rocky enclaves, to wide open big beaches like Spanish Bay and Carmel by the Sea beach...

This gem of a cove is found in between the two, among the sea rocks that create these beautiful blue pools.
