The Cadillac is synonyms with luxury and so is the Cadillac Margarita. Requiring top shelf ingredients its what you drank when you wanted to show off. Now with the ever larger increase in premium tequilas you have so many ways to make it. But it must include Grand Marnier. CADILLAC MARGARITA

1.5 oz/45 ml Reposado Tequila
.5 oz/15 ml Agave Syrup
1 oz/30 ml Lime Juice
1 oz/30 ml Grand Marnier

Method

1. Add first three ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 1015 seconds.
3. Rim glass with Salt.
4. Pour into glass over fresh ice.
5. Float Grand Marnierr on top.
4. Garnish with a Lime Wheel.
