In order to log with horses for our woodfired maple syrup, we get our horses from an Amish Auction in Mount Hope, Ohio. Buying from an Amish Auction could be intimidating, so in this video we give you a glimpse into the process while talking about some of our successes as well as the lessons we've learned.
