Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie crust
8 tablespoons melted butter
1 1 ½ cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 beaten eggs (at room temperature)
1/3 cup flour
1 cup fullfat buttermilk
Bake at 350 f. for 50 minutes
