Unsalted butter 150g / 2/3cup
Sugar 30g / 4Tbsp
Egg yolk 3
Flour 140g / 1cup
Salt 1/8tsp
Fresh milk 40ml
Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Egg whites 3
Lemon juice 1tsp
Sugar 70g / 9Tbsp

Pan Size 15x7cm

Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 5560 minutes
