I made this video in the middle of the northern rainforest of South Sulawesi close to the Remmangremmang Maros Karst which is one of the largest Geoparks in the world, precisely in North Luwu Regency, Masamba District, Sumillin Village, Lembang Batu Hamlet. In a small, clear and very cold river, I built a survival shelter in the form of a sturdy platform, having a twostory terrace and zikzak style stairs, supporting embankment style pillars, stacking stones regularly with a wooden frame that was pressed against the bottom stone to make a standing shelter. sturdy and not easy to fall or be blown away by floods. The shelter agency consists of:
Floors and walls use Andalus tree roots
binding using rattan and mistletoe tree, bibesuk (Luwu)
the roof is assembled from sago leaves.
