The genius of this press is the "lift out" feature of the platform on which you've pressed your patty so you can easily access it. This makes life SO much easier when making many patties at a time! It's efficient and easy to use. It makes well formed patties. The only suggestion I have is to coat it with oil so the patties don't stick. Dishwasher safe, easy to use and great price.
