Located about an hour south of Miami, a right turn off of route one leads you past the entrance gate to checkin and valet parking at the allinclusive awardwinning Bungalows Key Largo, an adultsonly pool and beach resort. The resort is on the northwest side of Key Largo in the Florida Keys USA, and has beautiful views of the ocean (technically the Florida Bay / Gulf of Mexico). Checkin is quick and easy with a refresh drink available.

The 4K Property Tour of Bungalows Key Largo starts with your adventure into the resort by golf cart past an entrance that reminds me of a dinosaur movie I once saw. You enter from the back of the resort, which is sort of laid out of about three and a half rows of their signature individual separate bungalow rooms, the first row being beach view waterfront (with access from the rear) and the second and third rows being garden view. Most bungalows have single king beds for a couple but some rooms are available with two queen beds for friends and adult family traveling together. Outside the bungalows are located light sand pathways with beautiful flowers growing on both sides that provide for a short walk to where ever you need to go. Or if you are in a hurry / have a long way to go, there are complimentary blue bikes to use.

At the center of the first row of Villas at the Bungalows Key Largo, right on the waterfront, is the primary structure of the resort. In the front (on the water side) of that structure) is the Sunset pool and jacuzzi (hot tub). Right adjacent to the pool, is Sea Señor, an out door restaurant in the sand that serves Mexican coastal food and is open from lunch and dinner. Next to Sea Señor is the outdoor Sunset Tikki bar. Inside the structure on the first floor is Fish Tales an enclosed restaurant with large windows that open that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Stairs lead up to the second floor which first lead to the large living room, a space to relax, hang out, drink, or escape a rainy day. Next to the living room is the beautiful indoor Hemingway bar. Finally on the second floor of the structure is Bogie & Bacall’s the fine dining dinner only which maybe an extra fee depending on the length of your stay.

Behind the main structure, in the middle of the of second row of bungalows, is the Zen pool and jaccuzi (hot tub) which is enclosed by shrubs and includes covered cabanas for lounging. Right next to the Zen pool is the outdoor covered exercise facility. Not shown in the video, but also available is the Zen Garden Spa, that offers many special enjoyable treatments.

Along the beach at the Bungalows Key Largo are many loungers with umbrellas to give you shade. Along the beach are a number of piers that give access to all the power and sail boats, but also include tables, chairs, and umbrellas for you to relax right over the water and see the beautiful views including the stunning sunsets. Lastly, while few may choose to swim in the ocean at the resort, there are many actives that are available from boating and sunset cruises, to diving and snorkeling, and yoga and paddleboarding.
