In this episode I give into to my bbq cravings and build the ultimate bbq/smoker capable of cooking whole hogs. Based on the classic hollow block design I've adapted it, using the principles of rocket stoves to create the ultimate bbq and whole hog cooker/smoker. Using reclaimed materials and simple building techniques, this is a project anyone can do at home and the results are EPIC!!!!
