Our excavators have worked hard over the past two months to rearrange, reshape, and level the land. This is a huge job, but it's all been worth it to see the new selfstorage property take shape. This vacant lot had some topographic issues, but now it's been transformed into something beautiful.

It took a lot of design work from our civil engineer and team to determine the best driveway placement, the best way to slope the property toward the retention pond, and how to best handle the drainage. Many lessons were learned along the way.
