This 2Way Stereo Floor Standing Speaker set was designed around a Mark Audio 4inch full range driver and a Tang Band 6.5inch subwoofer driver in a bass reflex enclosure. The goal was to have a speaker that will perform well above average when paired to good equipment with the advantages of a full range point source driver, supported by a subwoofer driver to give us that full sound we get from a speaker that can dig deep to 30Hz and extend all the way up to 20000Hz and beyond. We recommend that you use an amplifier that can handle a 4 Ohm load and is rated to produce at least 50 Watts per channel. When following this build plan, it can be built with everyday woodworking tools and by someone that has intermediate woodworking skills. The construction follows butt joints.
