Hera is definitely one of the weaker leaders in Star Wars Unlimited, but we do have options when building a deck with her and trying to make her viable.

In this video I look at all of the spectre cards in detail, discuss the various deck building strategies we could use with Hera, and then go into a deep dive on a double green command deck that I've built. Finally I show an example game with the deck on Forcetable against Boba Green.
