PASTA WITH ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
1/2 bag frozen cauliflower
bread crumbs (make your own)
lemon
pasta
olive oil or whatever oil you have
garlic powder
red pepper flakes

roast cauliflower in toaster oven until done. Make bread crumbs with some oil, garlic powder, and other dried herbs that you like. I added dried parsley and salt. Set aside. Cook pasta until halfway done. Then add to pan, add roasted cauliflower, juice of half lemon, garlic powder and pasta water. Stir. Add pepper and red pepper flakes if desired. Plate, then top with bread crumbs.

PESTO PASTA

Add desired level of pesto to bowl, add pasta water to blend, add al dente pasta, and pan roasted tomatoes. Top with shredded parmesan

LEBANESE BUTTER BEAN SALAD
Mix butter beans with juice of 1/4 lemon, with olive oil and garlic powder, tomatoes, and green onions. Let sit in fridge before eating

BUTTER BEAN SALAD
Mix butter beans with Italian dressing, tomatoes, green onions. Great with olives and Persian or English cucumbers.

CAULIFREDO
Mix boiled caulifredo in blender with small amount of garlic powder (to taste), salt, pepper and parmesan. Pour over al dente pasta. Serve with appetizer style garlic toast with marinara

OPTIONAL You can add heavy cream to the blender mixture for a creamier sauce. You can season sauce with bouillon or with nutritional yeast to add more of a cheese flavor.

Another way to serve this is to serve al dente pasta with small chunks of boiled cauliflower, topped with shredded parmesan and salt and pepper. I think this would be my favorite way to eat it. I might also add in some zucchini or another vegetable .

TOAST WITH WHITE BEAN PUREE AND PESTO

Toast French bread, top with pesto, then white bean puree, pan roasted tomatoes, and shredded parmesan. Drizzle lightly with olive oil if you have it.
