Follow along as I show you how to prepare these brownies using a blender and an 8x8 pan, with parchment paper for easy removal. With bananas, black beans, cocoa powder, eggs, cottage cheese, and chocolate chunks, this recipe is simple and versatile.

I'll guides you through the entire process, from blending the batter to baking in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. So, whether you're a seasoned baker or new to the kitchen, this easy recipe is perfect for a satisfying morning treat.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Put all of the ingredients in a high powered blender.

Pour into parchment paper lined 8X 8 pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until middle is no longer "wet" looking.

Store in fridge for up to 4 days.

6 large eggs
2 large ripe bananas
¾ cup canned black beans, drained,
rinsed
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract, divided use
1½ tsp. baking powder
1⁄3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
¾ cup cottage cheese
