I’m upgrading a 23 gallon fuel tank on my 1975 Ford Bronco. This gas tank is from Toms Offroad: https://tomsoffroad.com/parts/6677f...

This is a great way to get some extra miles out of your Bronco. The stock tank is great, but just too small.

Here is how to install a 23 gallon tank:
00:00 Introduction
01:25 Remove the stock tank
02:22 Clean the new 23 gallon gas tank
03:04 Cut the fuel pump length to fit inside new tank
06:10 Cut the floor for easy access (or not)
06:35 Install fuel tank sending unit into the tank
07:28 Install EFI fuel pump into the tank
08:49 Lift and strap in the new 23 gallon tank under the Bronco
10:54 Connect fuel tank wiring
