In this video we'll show you how to repair or replace a broken futures fin box on a surfboard or SUP.

Steps are:

Remove broken fin box and damaged fiberglass from around box
Fill in damaged area with resin/3m bubble mixture
Sand damaged area flat and route in hole for new fin box
Install new fin box with resin
Glass over new fin box and sand flush with board
apply final coat of resin and sand flush, buff to gloss if desired

Surface Agent to make sanding resin
4oz fiberglass Fabric
3M Bubbles
3M 233+ Tape
#2 Surfboard Polish
