Nestled in the heart of New Orleans, our dynamic duo begins their journey at Lil' Dizzy's Cafe, a bastion of CreoleSoul tradition. Established by Wayne Baquet, Sr., who learned the art of the restaurant trade from his father Eddie Baquet, Sr., founder of the legendary 7th Ward restaurant Eddie's, Lil' Dizzy's holds historical significance. Wayne Baquet, Sr. retired in November 2020, leaving Lil' Dizzy's Cafe as the only Baquetowned restaurant still thriving. Now owned and operated by Wayne, Jr. and his wife Arkesha, Lil' Dizzy's continues to make the CreoleSoul tradition proud.
