It has taken 7 years of dedication from one man to create this ultrarealistic reproduction of Heaton Lodge. Now find out about phase two! The use of O gauge scale and the sheer scale of the model has resulted in the creator having to develop many unique ways to reproduce how Heaton Lodge looked in the autumn period of the 1980s. Many of these components and items used in the layout have taken many attempts to recreate the detail until the desired end finish was created, some using items you would just not consider a traditional material used for modeling. The 7year passion of the creator has resulted in a unique layout which is hoped the public will enjoy and hopefully encourage others to take up the hobby, at whatever scale is right for them.
