Our baby boy is finally able to come home! We are so proud of the strides you made and what all you have conquered! Bringing our baby boy home from the hospital was something we had looked forward to since finding out Sam's diagnosis at our 2o week anatomy scan. We found out his diagnosis in January of 2022 and October 31, 2022 we are bringing him home... what a journey this has been. What a journey this will continue to be.
