Breville Bakery Chef Stand Mixer Review. Updated Model Scraper Mixer Pro. We are doing a test and review of the Breville Bakery Chef. This is an updated model of the original Breville Scraper Mixer Pro Stand Mixer. This mixer is also known as the Sage stand mixer. This version has a 550 watt motor and comes with a 5 quart glass bowl, a 4 quart stainless steel bowl, a regular flat paddle, a scraper beater, a whisk, and dough hook. We are testing the whisk by making whipped cream, the paddle by making Peanut Butter Cookies, and the dough hook by making bread.
