Breaking the cycle of Depression…even if it’s temporary
Due to a family tragedy this mother has been staying at the hospital for months. I try to come here as often as I can to get things back to a manageable state for her and I understand that I may have to keep continuing to show up and reclean. Because depression doesn’t just disappear. It’s a long process back to recovery and self care.
