Breaking my silence: Breakdown to creative breakthrough. Some of you might have noticed that I went silent for several months. Where was I? Why was I not showing up and sharing my story like I encourage others to do? Well…After my cancer diagnosis, I was lost. Creatively. Emotionally. Spiritually.

In this video I'm finally breaking my silence, sharing behind the scenes of my breakdown to creative breakthrough. What it's been like to find your authentic voice... find your voice after trauma. It was hard to find the creative inspiration again. I certainly felt creative blocks, had to learn how to overcome writers block which I'd never experienced before... It's can be a challenge to create content when you're feeling overwhelmed or depressed. But the journey has been incredible to find creativity again. Im back, my friends.
