Braveheart is in the care of Action Volunteers for Animals, a registered charity operating in and about the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, eastern and north eastern Ontario.

He is ready to be adopted.

Braveheart was found quite awhile after he had been hit by a car. He had gangrenous sores as well as a badly fractured hind leg that had to be amputated and so is a member of AVA's Tripod club which seems to be growing at an annoying rate this year.
He was also emaciated but look at him now.

As per his foster: " Braveheart is an adorable little boy. Even after all he went through he is still a happy, calm and sweet little boy. He loves wet food (mostly patè) He loves to chase lasers and play with string toys. Although he isn't a big fan of kittens and sometimes will hiss at them if they get to close to his face, he appears to be fine with older cats. He enjoys taking long naps in front of windows in the sun where he can look outside and smell the fresh air. He’s a little chatty and will sometimes meow when he wants attention. He likes being petted and will purr. He sort of headbutts people when he wants to be petted or when he wants their attention and loves to sleep next to his foster family. When you rub or pet his nose he will start to open his mouth and then he will yawn. (it is very cute)
