Braised Pig Ears Ingredients (recipe):
3 Pig Ears (approx. 1/2 lb)
2 Stalks Green Onion
200g Ginger
1 bag Oriental Spice
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken Seasoning
2 tbsp Cooking Wine
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
100g Rock Sugar
3 cups Water
120g Garlic

Garnish: Chopped Cilantro
Spicy Verson: Spicy Chili Oil
