While these things are not essentials for our daily, it's invaluable when you have a special occasion or important moment in life where you'd like to look your best for the event or pictures (nothing wrong with that!). But a well fitting bra, that is both comfortable and serves your needs IS essential for everyday. It can make a huge difference to our health, posture, comfort and confidence! Most women are in the wrong bra size. And all these tips will help save you money from trying out bra after bra, or a variety of panties that just are not compatible with your body shape.
